I acknowledge that by submitting this form, I am officially registering for EMSS 2024. Upon receiving the payment information via e-mail, I understand that I am obligated to pay the first part of the participation fee within 14 days to reserve my spot.

I am aware that the OC of EMSS 2024 and EMSA Zagreb cannot be held responsible for accidents or loss of valuable personal properties. Any damage caused to a person or property will be my responsibility. I strongly recommend that I take out my own personal and travel insurance coverage.

The official language of EMSS 2024 is English. I am able to communicate in English and I have a sufficient understanding of the language to follow lectures and participate in workshops.

I understand that due to the nature of the content taught at the Summer School and the ILS course, priority will be given to students in the upper years of studies and young doctors. I am aware that if I do not pass the ILS course (especially if I am in years 1 to 3 of Medical school), the OC of EMSS 2024 and EMSA Zagreb cannot be held responsible.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

If a participant withdraws their application before June 15th, they will receive a full refund minus the payment agency fee.

No refunds will be given after July 15th.

Filling out this form puts you on our list of participants.

Still, your application will only be completed after we receive proof of payment in your name. Please mail the PDF version of the proof of payment to us as soon as you can so we could conclude your application.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for paying the first part of the participation fee (100€) is two weeks after receiving the payment information via email. If you do not pay that fee in the 14-day period after receiving the email, you will be removed from the participation list.

The deadline for paying the rest of the fee is the 1st of June!
